Welcome to our Vegetable Garden, where we grow seasonal fruits and vegetables with love to add to our dishes with wholesome, organic and farm-to-table products.

The Garden is home to many fruit plants such as oranges, lemons, apricots, peaches and plums as well as seasonal vegetables, which you can admire as you stroll through the beautiful gardens surrounding our hotel.

Visit the vineyard and see with your own eyes how we produce our wine, kissed by the sun of Forio d'Ischia and the rich volcanic soil that favors its growth and enhances its flavor: you can taste it in our Restaurant, thus rounding off an unforgettable experience.

Our Restaurant

For us, the dining experience is much more than a simple dish served on the table. For us, food is a source of well-being.
In our Restaurant, we choose the best ingredients and farm-to-table and organic products that best reflect the traditional cuisine of Ischia. We are proud of the fruits and vegetables we grow in our organic Garden, seasonal products that add flavor to every dish. In the spacious, fully air-conditioned dining room, you will find a rich buffet of fresh vegetables and appetizers every evening.

In our Restaurant, you can expect a menu with a wide range of first courses, second courses and desserts but also excellent wines to go with them. Wine is the star of the Ischian table: the volcanic soil favors the growth, often wild, of particular grape varieties: taste all the flavor of local wines such as the award-winning Vigna del Lume, Biancolella, Per E'Palumm or our house wine.
