Rooms and common areas
The room will be properly disinfected before, during and after your stay. Special attention will be paid to the cleaning of the common areas (bathrooms, hall, corridors, fitness room), with scrupulous attention to the most frequently touched objects: handles and knobs, handrails, switches…
Breakfast
The tables in the breakfast room will be adequately spaced. Every morning you will find our large buffet on display: you choose and we serve you at the table.
Lunch and dinner
We have a large dining room. The tables will be adequately spaced. You can enjoy our menu served from appetizer to dessert, in total safety. We will guarantee you, as always, a high quality service, wherever you choose to enjoy your lunch or dinner, in the dining room or at the Snack-Bar by the pool.
Thermal Pools
You will have free access to our pools: all the equipment (sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas) have been arranged with the appropriate social distancing. The entire pool area will be cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis.
Nymphaea Wellness Centre
The qualified staff of the wellness centre will be ready to welcome and pamper you. It will be possible to carry out all treatments (e.g. mud therapy, massages, beauty treatments) according to national and regional guidelines.
Playground Mediterraneo
The Playground Mediterraneo will be available to our youngest guests, with all the necessary attention to allow them to play carefree. A space completely dedicated to children, with babysitting service upon request.

Of course! By contacting us, we will update you regarding the services offered at the partner Lido on the beach of Citara. Our shuttle service will always be available at set times, in compliance with the guidelines regarding distance and daily disinfection.
“I made a reservation, but what if I decide not to travel anymore?”
We think that flexibility is important, especially now: for this reason we would like to remind you that you can cancel your reservation up to seven days before arrival without losing anything. We will refund your deposit.
